IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Yahoo! Groups are automatically set up to send Group Members E-mail account(s) that they are joined up at a test probe to see if your E-mail account gets returned back to them because it has reached its storage capacity. When their test probe is returned, the Group Owner will know by checking the Bounced section at their Group. Bounced E-mail Accounts will receive one warning before I delete their account from the safelist as to prevent returned mail messages from being sent out to all the InternetWebSource's Members' E-mail boxes. If your E-mail address gets deleted within your membership time, just rejoin by sending a blank E-mail to... InternetWebSource-Subscribe@YahooGroups.com then contact me using one of the methods below to let me know so if you are a paid member or a member that has a one year free/paid membership I can adjust your settings to give you access to the automated features and give you the clearence to post up to three times a day unmoderated. To contact me, please use one of the following methods: Contact E-mail Address: InternetWebSource@Yahoo.com To Add Me To Your Yahoo! Messenger, My Net Name Is: InternetWebSource To Add Me To Your MSN Messenger, Use This E-mail Address: InternetWebSource@Hotmail.com My ICQ Number is: 62415667 1) Automate your ad(s) to get sent out to all the InternetWebSource Members without waiting for me to approve and send out your message(s). This is a real time saver. You will receive the "simple" step-by-step instructions on how to set this up when you join and I activate your membership. Don't worry about adding an Unsubscribe Disclaimer as one is automatically put in your message when it is sent out. This is done in the Calendar Section at the Yahoo! InternetWebSource Group Website. If you haven't already set this option up, you can do that right now by following the following, simple steps: => Click on the following link to be taken to the InternetWebSource Calendar section: NOTE: If you are not logged into Yahoo! then when you click on the following link, you will be taken to the Yahoo! Sign In Page. After you sign in, you will automatically be taken to the InternetWebSource's Calendar section. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InternetWebSource/calendar => Click the Add Event link at the top of the Day, Week, or Month view of the group calendar. Or, if you are viewing by day, click any hour to add an item to the calendar. Enter the time, date, and description of your event and click Save. You can add event(s) to the calendar for the same time as other Members' events are set up for or you can space your event(s) to go out at different times throughout the day, but each event must contain a different Biz Opp or B2B resource; you can set up one event that contains a brief description of all your ads --> if you do it this way, you can only set up one event, but if you set up seperate events for each of your opportunities you can have more than one event going out per day. NOTE: If you have a ton of opportunities you are promoting, then divide them up for seperate calendar events. EX: If you are promoting 10 opportunities, then set up "2" calendar events each containing 5 of your 10 opportunities. This way members don't get a ton of reminders from the same person. Anyone caught sending out a ton of reminders that are promoting just one out of their dozen opportunities will have all their calendar events/message ads removed from the calendar and will not be permitted to set up anymore events. You will have to revert back to "manually" submitting your message(s). => If you wish, you can also set an event to repeat. You can schedule events for any time. To view event details, just locate the event and click its title. => To edit an event, click the pencil icon next to the event title. To delete an event, click the X icon next to the event title. You can only edit or delete events if you created them, or if you are the moderator. => To have your ad(s) sent out to all the InternetWebsource Members so you don't have to "manually" post your Ad(s), you just need to set up your calendar event/ad(s) to include an E-mail reminder, then all members of the InternetWebSource Safelist will receive notifi- cation, in advance, of the event. You can set up two reminders, and these can be triggered anywhere from two weeks before the event to 15 minutes before the event. NOTE: When setting up your calendar event/ad(s), you will be asked for the Event Name -- Be Creative as what you put here will be the "Subject Heading" to your Calendar E-mail Ad Message that will be going out automatically to all the Internet- WebSource Members. Your Subject Message Heading will go out looking like this.... Reminder - (Your Event Name Will Go Here) * To show all of your Event Name in the Subject line, don't go past 37 characters/with spaces. * Your Ad description can be up to 1,944 characters/ with spaces ====<<<<>>>>====<<<<>>>>==== NOTE: If you should get a strange error message when you get to the Calendar section that mentions something about the Timezone not being recognized, you need to do the following: a) Scroll to the very top of the Web Page, click on the "Account Info" link b) Where it sais "Member Information" you will see a grey "Edit" button - Click on it c) Scroll down to the section that sais "General Preferences," select your "Time Zone," than click on the "Finished" button d) Click the "Back" button in your Browser about 4 times or until you return to the "Calendar" section e) You will need to click on the "Calendar" link in the site menu to your left -- this will refresh your Calendar page and allow you to add your event/message(s) ====<<<<>>>>====<<<<>>>>==== HOW TO SET UP YOUR SOLO AD... 2) Setting up your Solo Ad to be "automatically" sent out to all those that join InternetWebSource for the first time. (This is a seperate setting from the above setting, but still very handy as your message will be seen first before the messages that are manually posted.) You can set up your "automated" Solo Ads by clicking on the InternetWebSource's "File" section link below. NOTE: If you are not logged into Yahoo! then when you click on the following link, you will be taken to the Yahoo! Sign In Page. After you sign in, you will automatically be taken to the InternetWebSource's File section. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InternetWebSource/files/ NOTE: Plain text files will be delivered as E-mail messages. Uploaded file types will be delivered as E-mail attachments. If you are going to create a text file, you need to make sure your paragraph width is 50 characters so people don't scroll from side to side just to read your ad message. Click on the following link to use a "free" online paragraph formatting tool: http://www.jbmckee.com/formatit/formatit.html => Although you will have the options listed below to choose how you want your file to be mailed to the InternetWebSource Safelist Members, I am only allowing you to select the "On Subscription" option. NOTE: Failure to select the "On Subscription" option or adding more than "1" file, will get your file(s) deleted, and you will no longer have access to the Files Section. On Subscription On Unsubscribe Upon banning Every 2 weeks Every month On pending subscription On rejected subscription => You are allowed to add "1" file with the first paragraph in your file welcoming the new members. => Files that are uploaded will be sent out as E-mail attachments so please put an "Unsubscribe" Disclaimer in your message. <Beginning of Disclaimer> This is not SPAM. We both belong to the InternetWebSource Safelist. To unsubscribe, use the same E-mail address you joined up with then send a blank E-mail to: InternetWebSource-Unsubscribe@YahooGroups.com <End of Disclaimer> => You will not need to put the above Disclaimer in your text file as it will be sent out as a regular E-mail message with the disclaimer auto- matically placed in the Footer of your message. Those that receive the Daily Digest will receive the Disclaimer at the top of their Digest. => To conferm your Solo Ad/Message will be sent out to all the people who join InternetWebSource for the first time, a list of the files you've set for auto delivery appears in the Settings area. NOTE: You will receive these Solo Ads once your payment has been received and your membership status changed from pending to active so please don't get mad or frustrated because you received these Solo Ads when you joined -- You will only receive these Solo Ads this one time only. Just read the ones that interest you. Your Solo Ad will be sent out like theirs were to you once you set it up. 3) If you insist on posting, manually, to InternetWebSource as well as have your Ads sent out automatically, I will allow you to post up to three (3) times a day "unmoderated." If you send out more than three messages a day, I will send you a warning and change your message posting settings to moderated. 4) When you join InternetWebSource, your settings on how you receive E-mail messages are set on the "Individual E-mail" option . SUGGESTION: Some Members prefer to change their message delivery options at the Group for The Daily Digest option which saves all the individual E-mail postings then sends you "one" E-Mail that will contain up to 26 E-Mails in it that were posted at InternetWebSource for that day. Currently, the InternetWebSource Safelist will send up to 3 Daily Digests per day. Just click on the link below to modify the way you receive E-mail messages from InternetWebSource. You have two other options available (Special Announcement from the Group Owner or No Mail/Web Only) I check, daily, on how my members have their settings and 65% of them receive Individual E-mails; 20% receive Daily Digests, 10% go to InternetWebSource to read the messages posted and the remaining 5% receive Special Announce- ments only. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InternetWebSource/join 5) Post your opportunities in the "Bookmark" section and while you're there, you might want to glance through the B2B resources the I have, personally, posted to help save you money with your business expenses.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InternetWebSource/links (NOTE: I will keep your opportunities posted in the "Bookmark" section for as long as you remain a member of the InternetWebSource Safelist.) 6) NO REPLYING BACK TO MEMBERS E-MAIL -- If you reply to another member's message, it will auto- matically be returned back to you. Please only post your Biz Opp. to the following Group E-mail: InternetWebSource@YahooGroups.com 7) To contact an InternetWebSource Member about a message he/she posted, please go to that person's Web Site and contact him/her that way or if he/she included an E-mail address inside his/her message, you can reply back that way too. 8) InternetWebSource is a clean very respectable Safe List and I do not allow promotion of Adult Content or Hate sites.
